Look Inspired by Mrspackman44 (Very Blue Look)

I was inspired to do a gorgeous blue look after seeing Mrspackman44 on a youtube video a few months ago. I didn't have some of her colors, but duped the ones I couldn't get as much as possible. I think she does amazing work, and hopefully will come back to mug.com & youtube. Please check out her vid below!

heavenly naturals eye primer
MAC painterly pot
Urban Decay eyeshadow in "Sellout" (tear ducts to middle of lid & mirrored on lower lashline)
MAC eyeshadow in "Deep Truth" (crease blended into ulta's brass & lower lashline)
MAC eyeshadow in "Electric Eel" (middle of lid blended into deep truth)
Ulta eyeshadow in "Brass" brownish color (under brow highlight blended into deep truth to cut the blue)
Ulta eyeshadow in "Silk" (brow highlight & slightly over UD sellout)
Urban Decay eyeshadow in "Perversion" (outer v to darken outside of crease in place of black carbon she used)
NYC liquid liner in 'black' (lid)
Urban Decay 24-7 liner in "Zero" (waterline)
